Chidi holds HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Idah and Postgraduate Diploma and MBA in Transport and Petroleum Management from Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He started his career with SGS Inspection Services and rose to the position of Senior Manager Audit and Finance 1988 - 1996. He joined Robinson International in 1997 as Accounts Manager and later moved to Anglia International as operations managers. In 2003, he joined Saybolt Nigeria Ltd, (A Division of Core Laboratories) as Marketing and Business Development Officer. In 2009, he joined AMG Petroenergy Limited as Head of Operations. He is currently the Divisional Head of Finance Department.
