MR. RISQUA MURTALA MUHAMMED

Mr. Risqua Murtala Muhammed graduated from University of Lagos with a B.Sc in Banking and Finance. He secured his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at the Prestigious Cardiff Business School, University of Wales. Shortly after his Post Graduate Degree, he joined Asset Management Group as a Marketing Officer and rose to the Position of Executive Director of Marketing & Business Development, before becoming the Managing Director of AMG Petro-Energy Limited. Mr. Muhammed was appointed by President Olusegun Obasanjo as his Special Assistant on International Relations from 2000 to 2002, Special Assistant on Privatisation from 2002 to 2003 and Special Assistant on International Relations from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Muhammed is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of AMG Petro-Energy Group Limited. |

MR. IBRAHIM BALONI

Mr. Ibrahim Baloni is an alumnus of the Ahmadu Bello University with a B.Sc (International Relations), he was General Manager (operations) of Matad Oil Ltd from 1997 to 2001, where he was solely responsible for procurement of all petroleum products for the UNTL Group (the biggest textile group in Africa), before joining AMG Petro-Energy Limited as Executive Director (Business Development). |

Mrs. Aisha Muhammed-Oyebode is a legal practitioner and an oil & gas consultant with an LLB, LLM (Public International Law) and an MBA in Finance. She is the Managing Director of Asset Management Group (AMG), a financial services and oil & gas consultancy firm. She is also a member of the governing council and trustee of the Murtala Muhammed Memorial Botanical Gardens (3MBG), Executive Secretary of the Murtala Muhammed Foundation and member of the Federal Government Privatisation Policy and Monitoring Committee. |
